Wedding Makeup

On your wedding day you want to look and feel beautiful, but it is also incredibly important that you look like you.  You don’t want your Groom not to recognise you!

Preparing for your wedding day can be very stressful and handing over the ‘making yourself beautiful’ bit means there is one less thing to worry about on the day.  Having worked in the commercial industry for so long I am very experienced at calming nerves.

I offer a bespoke makeup service tailored to your individual needs which is why it is very important to book a pre wedding trial.  This session lasts up to 2 hours and is ideally booked about 4-6 weeks before your wedding – or earlier if you prefer. I hold all trials at my home in Northleach where I have a lovely light room which lends itself to makeup really well.  During the trial we will discuss your makeup requirements, go through any ideas/themes you may have and then we will try out some makeup looks until you are completely happy with the finished look.  I make a note of all the makeup that we will be using so that there are no surprises on the day and we can recreate the exact look. I use all the most reputable brands of makeup including MAC, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown and NARS. 

Appointments need to be made during daylight hours as then we can best see what the makeup looks like in natural light.  Also all trials are held during the week as my weekends are booked with weddings.

On your wedding day I travel to your chosen venue and make up yourself and the other members of your bridal party.
